Wedding stationery samples are dispatched within 1-2 working days. All samples are unpersonalised and are sent by Royal Mail 2nd Class and should arrive within approx 2-3 days after dispatch. Delivery for samples is £0.95.

P E R S O N A L I S E D   S T A T I O N E R Y

Personalised wedding stationery orders from our standard ranges are dispatched within 1-2 weeks of me receiving your final proof approval and any outstanding payments. This usually gives a total order processing time of 3-5 weeks, however this will depend on how many rounds of proofs are required, how quickly you respond to the proofs and emails, and prompt payment of any final invoices.

B E S P O K E   S T A T I O N E R Y

Bespoke wedding stationery orders have a longer design time which will depend on the complexity of the design. I will provide bespoke information on timings during the enquiry process but as a guide, please allow up to 6-8 weeks in total before you intend to send out your invitations, or 8 weeks before your wedding date for 'On the Day' stationery.

S T O C K   I T E M S

Non-personalised items such as table numbers in standard colours will be dispatched within 5-7 working days. Please note that I often have these items in stock so they may be dispatched sooner, however if I am awaiting delivery of stock from our printers they may take up to the maximum dispatch time.

For personalised stationery orders:
- Standard delivery - Royal Mail 48 - FREE
- Tracked Express delivery - Royal Mail Special Delivery or DPD, depending on final weight - £4.95

Personalised stationery will be sent via Royal Mail 48hr Tracked, requiring a signature on delivery, so please take care to provide a delivery address where someone will be available to sign for your parcel. If you would prefer delivery to a work address or family member, please notify me during the order process.

Most personalised and bespoke stationery parcels are delivered within 2-3 days of dispatch, however please allow up to 2-5 working days after dispatch for delivery for all of the above goods/services incase of any delivery delays that are out of my control.

At present, I do not deliver outside of the UK.

Please note that I do not post On the Day stationery for 'destination' weddings directly to the venue/country of wedding.
